If for any reason I am out of stock of your ordered items (Stock is sometimes hard to keep up with when you have shops with Ebay, Amazon & Etsy!) I will either offer a swap or refund.

WOOL COLOURS

Due to the nature of the wool fibres being a natural product colours can differ from batch to batch. Always make sure to order enough for your project to avoid disapointment in batch changes.

Although effort is made to represent the wool colours correctly, colours can look different on arrival due to screen settings on different devices (computers, laptops, phones, ipads etc)

DELIVERY

If your order has been sent by standard delivery I am unable to track your parcel, I can only see when standard parcels have been delivered. I would always suggest using the tracked service.

RETURNS

If you have changed your mind about a product, Items must be returned and paid for by the buyer and returned within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging undamaged.

If you have received a damaged item please contact me and I will be happy to replace the item or offer a refund upon seeing the damaged item.
