DISPATCH TIME

I will always do my best to get orders posted out the same day if ordered before 12noon however on busy days (usually monday after the weekend orders) there may be a delay and your order will be posted on the next working day.

Please note that I work alone so if on occasion I am unwell your order may be delayed on dispatch but I will always keep you updated the best I can.

COURIER

I am currently with ROYAL MAIL who collect from me daily however I do have a meeting with DPD on the 5th January to discuss pricing and switching over. This may lead into a small price increase (hopefully not too much!) but the service will be much better with all parcels being Tracked and having a delivery window with options for redelivery or delivery to your opted safe place. Royal Mail currently want to charge me £7.11p per tracked parcel plus fuel charge and VAT which in my opinion is way over priced for the amount of parcels I am sending per week! I will keep you all updated on this page so please check back for more infomation/updates.
